99% of our clients come to us for our expert pet travel planning services. This includes initial consultation (in person, phone call or email), trip routing, health and vaccination review of pet, destination requirements and protocol, pre-travel checklist, personalized veterinarian assistance, and entry overview for each destination. You receive an itinerary before departure of where your pet will need updated exams or treatments while cruising. Once you depart, our pet travel team monitors your travels until you return home. Planning fees depend on number of pets, complexity of the trip, destination requirements for entry, and if you desire for shore activities be arranged.

An annual retainer affords the flexibility of having us on call for your cruising needs in a more seamless partnership for clients who are traveling on their yacht multiple times a year and need our attention more regularly. Out of respect for time commitments – both yours and ours – we accept a limited number of annual retainer clients. Please let us know if you would like to discuss this option to experience our undivided attention for your ocean adventures. This is often selected for multi-island hopping or global sea travel with many countries involved, difficult entry destinations, and for those with an array of requirements. We have a professional IPATA member staffed travel desk that can help coordinate air travel arrangements for your pet. In and out of the islands or remote locations can be limited and many international destinations require a pet broker to make cargo reservations. Let us help manage your pet’s itinerary. In addition to the commercial carriers in which we maintain a close working relationship, we also work with a select number of private charter companies catering to in-cabin pet travel. In addition there are a few shared options for people and pets traveling between North America and Europe and from Florida to a few of the Caribbean islands.

Current pet travel conditions make working with an expert advisor more important than ever. Entry conditions can often change abruptly and it is imperative to stay abreast of each destination’s import and export process, requirements, and regulations. Disease status and classification can also impact what is required for a pet to enter depending on where the pet has traveled. We spend hours researching each week to ensure each client is ready for the next port of call. We pride ourselves on responsiveness and consistent delivery of the highest level of service and attention to each detail.

With such an assortment of marinas to choose from and new ones emerging we are always working to help you make the best decisions and find the best fit when you have a pet on board. When a client secures our pet marina planning and booking services we immediately begin researching by hand selecting marinas that will be an ideal fit. Our policy is that all service fees are nonrefundable, paid before any marina research is presented and whether a client ultimately books the trip with us or not. Planning fees can be paid by Venmo (USA), international wire transfer, or credit card (additional 3.5% processing fee).

Looking for a new hot spot or an adventurous destination? Finding your next port of paradise takes time and can even be dependent on what country your pet is from, age of pet, breed, and vaccination status. In some cases a destination may not be practical for short term stop overs due to quarantine requirements or restrictions. We will research and recommend cruising destinations and an itinerary based on your wish list and pet travel style.
